Passive smokers, Lung Can Change


Cigarettes bad consequences not only occur in adult non-smokers.But, also in children and teenagers.A study says, children who inhale cigarette smoke often have the higher risk of emphysema when exposed to their teenagers.Though as a teenager he did not smoke.In emphysema, anatomic changes of lung.Sign, dilated airways.It may be related to lung damage in childhood.As children grow older, the damage is not completely healed.Lung condition would not be right again.Conclusion effects of cigarette smoke on children were taken after the researchers conducted a study involving non-smokers.A total of 1781 non-smokers from six communities in the United States to the respondent to undergo a CT-Scan.Half of that amount as a child lived with at least one smoker in the house.
Women who conduct research also stated during this most people only know the effects of cigarette smoke does not last long.The study proves that the bad effects of cigarette smoke on human lungs can survive tens of years.But the researchers found no link between exposure to cigarette smoke in childhood and lung function.It needs further study.

Mango good for teeth and mouth


Most people think of mango fruit belonging to the cheap, unlike apples, grapes, pears, are quite expensiveBut do we ever think, what exactly is the content of this fruit, and the benefits for dental and general health.
Mango:
Mango is a genus of plants consisting of 35 species of tropical fruit in the Anacardiaceae family and genus Mangifera. Mangoes belong to the fleshy fruit with a shape, size, color, and diverse cuisine.
Mango Ingredients:
a. Vitamin C
Vitamin C is a vitamin needed for normal growth process.
The human body does not have the ability to process vitamin c, because it required intake from outside to make ends meet every day. Vitamin C has a function to maintain and stimulate capillary health, dental and gum health. Mangoes can also help the absorption of iron, if a problem occurs in iron in the body, then we will be more susceptible to caries. Beta carotene is a substance in the body is converted into vitamin A. These compounds may protect the body from disease, including cancer, coronary heart disease, and premature aging.

Sore Throat or Pharyngitis


Pharyngitis or sore throat is a disease that often affects to peoples.On pharyngitis generally accompanied by flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose,sore throat and headache .Three causes inflammation from infection, irritation and allergies.Symptoms can be rasas pain in the throat, difficulty breathing , hard to swallow, fever, cough and swelling in the neck.
  
Throat infection caused by 2 things the virus and 80% bacteria.Inferior throats caused by viruses and only 10-20% due bacteria.Inferior causing sore throat from 3 things health of the mouth and teeth,tonsils as a source of infection and inflammation sinusitis.Few common symptoms throat include: itching and dry, the pain, coughing and sneezing, fever, or without a fever, runny nose, and hoarse throat.Inflammation sound can be caused by foods that are too spicy, sweet, sour, cold, hot and sticky foods such as fruits.Not all fruits is safe, especially in those who suffer from allergies, because it can make iritasin the throat.
   
Allergy is a hypersensitivity reaction to those particular people.Allergy various things like food, water, dust, weather and medical .Allergy's unavoidable because it was inherited from the innate from birth.Way to avoid allergic reactions is to avoid the cause and improve or maintain endurance,more lower levels of sensitivity that cause allergic reactions.
