Oat


Consumption of oats is not only good for heart health.Food is usually sold as oatmeal useful for the adherents of the protein-free diet.Research from Scandinavia says, adding the oats in a protein-free diet can improve nutrition.Research from the University of Kuopio, Finland, recruited 13 men and 18 women with celiac disease.That patients experiencing intolerance gluten (a protein) that affect changes in the small intestine.Thus, an interruption of nutrient absorption into the body and result in malfunctioning of the body.
   
All the respondents were asked to do a protein-free diet and eat oats, which have good ground or not, for six months.At the end of the study, note that for the respondents who consume ground oats, intake of vitamin B1 and magnesium increased.Meanwhile, for the respondents who consume no ground oats, magnesium and iron increased substance.The research was supported by other studies from Scandinavia.As reported by e-SPEN, a journal of nutrition and metabolism, oats allows protein free dieters to eat enough fiber.The level of bilirubin in the blood also increases.
