Do not be too happy about was thin, tall and slim.Because, the researchers from Bristol University found that girls who lose weight tend to have low bone weakness.The study involved more than 4,000 British teenagers aged 15 years.Their bone mass is scanned and weighed, and compared with body weight.As quoted in the Daily Mail stated that the teenagers who high body weight tend to have thicker bones.Researchers also concluded, bone strength associated with body fat content.In girls, increased fat mass of 5 kilograms is proportional to the increase in the thickness of the limb bones of 8 percent..
 
Build strong bones in adolescence is very important for women.Because, they are at risk three times more likely to suffer from osteoporosis or bone loss.Likely to suffer from a pelvic bone fracture in women is also three times more likely than men.The urge to be thin on young women are really good.But, they should be aware that it could jeopardize the development of bones and put them on the risk of osteoporosis.
